Women's D-14 district seriesAbout the AMA District 14 Women's Motocross Division
We are sorry to announce that District 14 will not be running a women's series for the 2009 motocross season. We have some new unlimited classes, which will be longer motos. The tracks are trying to give back to the racers by offering them a class with more track time. In order to accomplish this, we had to eliminate some classes. Unfortunately with the lack of participation and sign ups, we had to eliminate the women's series. This was a very hard decision. We do appreciate all of the women that did race the women's series in the past, and we hope to see you running the regular race program this season.

Directions: Located in the middle of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan right
on Lake Superior on Hwy. M-28. Turn south off M-28 at the
Kewadin casino on Candy Cane Lane (Perch Lake Road) and keep on heading
down the road for about 3/4 mile and you will run right into our track.
Christmas Motor Sports Park has a nice amateur motocross track in the
summer with plenty of room an tucked away on a dirt road back in the woods.
The track is a 3/4 mile amateur motocross track with table tops, doubles
and lots of turns and whoops. There is also a 1/2 mile oval track that
is used in the winter.
